Power steering fluid - oem vs aftermarket
I just got my car back from the shop and it appears as though theyve used aftermarket fluid to flush and fill the PS system. The steering now feels a bit stiff and hard to turn.. does the oe fluid contain anything that the aftermarket fluid might be missing to cause this?
Thanks--

honda PS fluid is some special stuff, i wouldnt ever consider putting aftermarket fluid into my honda.
i would drain it out, and put oem honda back in there

what im wondering is if the fluid can explain why the steering feels different, feels a bit like the power steering isnt completely working, ie: kind of hard to turn the steering wheel?

well im no chemistry engineer, but fluids usually have additives, that allow them to work accordingly, and honda has the specific formula for their own cars. and im pretty sure honda wouldnt give away the formula to any aftermarket company, and i highly doubt those companies can copy their exact formula.
