Default HELP!! Car not responding

Hey all I need your help. Recently when I floor the accelerator the car takes forever to kick in. The rpm SLOWLY gets up and the acceleration sucks. Vtec still engages but still no acceleration. The whole shing lags.

Any Ideas?????

Check the tension on the throttle cable and take a can of brake clean and mist it over the engine to check for vaccum leaks! If there is a leak, the brake clean will make the engine idle a little higher..... hope that helps?
