That's 'cause you're in Port Washington
If you're willing to come to Milwaukee, I'm sure you could find somwhere to fill your needs. Hell, try King Motorsports in New Berlin, maybe they'd know.

Aren't all fog bulbs for EF8/EF9 applications H4's? If that's the case, they're pretty generic and can be quit easily found at any Autozone, Kragens, Checkers, etc.

Definately not H4 lol hi/lo fogs? I'm assuming you meant H3s, if so I think you're right.
Do they look like this?

(Bulb from my JDM fog lights)
If so you need to get a crimp on bullet terminal and cut the spade conncetor off an H3 bulb and crimp the bullet connector on.

I would think the fog light bulbs are H3. The glass part looks the size of the corner wedge bulbs, but include the metal socket and wire as part of the unit.

Just a thought, the dealership I last worked at had a tractor side that had those type of bulbs in stock, you may want to check a farm implement shop if there are any where you live

If it gets sold before you get a chance, just search on ebay, there are others.
