Default obd0 to obd1

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what i need if i want to take my OBD0 Head and put a OBD1 head on is this possible or not?

An OBD1 ECU, distributor, manifold, oxygen sensor, downpipe and some welding. You can ghetto rig and just put the 4 wire O2 sensor into the OBD0 bung, (I think they thread up, but haven't actually tried this). Another ghetto way is to keep the single wire O2 and trick the ECU into thinking there is a 4wire installed by adding resistance across the O2 heating circuit.

Basically, it is not really worth it, unless you are planning on doing some mods that will require tuning.
