Default please post times of swap integras with h22a

ok this may sound stuip but what are guys running with h22a integras? and swap integras with type-r motors. Please be honest what do you think is better a JDM h22a integra or a type-r integra??

chances are, everybodys going to say that the h22 is better, as long as you swap it with a H2B kit so you can use a b series tranny with the h22.

reason I say that is, the h22 has more torque and more power than a type r motor.

As for times, I know there have been posts with timeslips and whatnot for integras with all kinds of modifications.
The hybrid forum may have people who know the answer to this better than most people here.
