yea id say find a constant 12volt source somewhere inside and tap into it with a wire run that wire to a constant pulse switch then run it out down to each of your corners here you spliced in the city lights attach the power from the switch there and run it along the radiator support to the other side and splice the wire into wher your city light is spliced in over ther as well than whenever you flip the switch it will override the relay and light up your city and corners and they can be on constantly thats how i would do it at least ahope it helps
how sluggish!
I wont always turn my GM parking lights on when the car is on. That would be a waste in the battery. Besides I might be violating some traffic guidelines or something like that.

Um if your car is running that is not a waste of battery since everything is powered by your alternator after initial startup ... And no way in hell that is violating a traffic law since DRL were introduced and all lights are always on while the vehicle is running.
to the OP, As for your DIY there are none that I can find DIY all I can tell you is go with like the 12v ignition wire for your HU and run an inline fuse after that therfore if you leave the switch on and turn off the car the lights go off automatically, Place a switch somewhwere like by your E-brake or something or just hide it to a reachable place so you still have the option of turning them off then run the wire through your firewall to one of your headlights the turn signal harness should have 3 wires one is constant 12v, one is blinker, and one is ground. red and green is your constant, red and black is your blinker, black is your ground tap your 12V power into the constant 12V and do the same on the other headlight turn on accesories and your city/corneres should be on
