Seat (side) Airbags and SRS light
I'm going to take my seats out for a little experiment. I know this will trip the SRS light because I'm going to start the car and drive it around for a while.
My question: Are there any tricks to fool the ECU (SRS) so that the light won't turn on? Maybe someone has ran across this on another forum or something...

you use some kind of pin or paper clip from what i remember
a friend did it for me when i took my passenger seat out a while back

I figured that you can, but I would like to see a link where someone has experimented with it.
