Default question about boost on a z6 rex

ok, here we go...

i'm putting a homemade torbo kit on my crx with a d16z6...

i've got everything, and got it figured out, accept the best way to do the fuel...i have access to 450dsm injectors for free

so the guestion is, should i go for a vortech or equal fmu, or would it be ok to run the 450's in place of the fmu...i'm going to run around 6-8 psi

thank you for any help you can give...

450's wont idle unless you run like 10psi at the fuel rail.. powerfc, hondata or something else would be a much better idea in the long run..

you could idle the 450s with an AFC...

high fuel pressures(FMU) aren't fun

Dude, skip the FMU and go with a VAFC and pull back the fueling.

It works good to 10 psi.

Do a search for VAFC hack with 450's.
