would those spring rates be ok for off the shelf koni yellows i want to run those rates also for my integra but people were telling me that i have to get them re valved if i run over 400lbs

Thanks guys! yeah i always though the si's were ligh wheels, then i got them and i couldn't believe that they weighed that much

 

2 boxes outta 3 came today.. 1 from JHPUSA and the other from inlinefour. The 2nd box containing the asr subframe tie bar and type r rear sway bar should be here Monday.
