JDM fenderliners necessary?
I'm doing the JDM ITR front end conversion on my car and have all the pieces, but the USDM fenderliner plastic does not fit with the JDM fenders without trimming it. However if I trim it, there's no rivets to hold it to the car.
I've found JDM fenderliners online, but the avg. price for them is $125, which is a little steep for used, dirty plastic that's probobly somewhat ripped up anyway, just to stick under the fenderwell.
Has anyone just trimmed the USDM fenderliner on their conversion and put in new rivets? I don't think it should be hard, but do you have pics of where you trimmed and put the rivets? Thanks!
