Hell, call Honda corporate if it's fraud. Plus, make sure your credit report is okay if that may be affected.

Try Better Business Bureau.

Can you elaborate a little more on what exactly happened before you say fraud?

Sorry about that... Its about the gap insurance.... i sold my 06 civic to another honda dealer, i bought an EP3 then went to the old dealer to cancel my Gap ins, they were to return $2,600 back, it has been almost 2 1/2 months now with no one contacting me, and when i called them today "we dont know anything of what you are saying" i went there to sign the papers to cancel my gap so i would get my $2,600 back.. they said "ill have to call you back"...... Guess what they never called back.. hmmmmm

Thats pretty gay, but I have a off-topic question...

Why on EARTH did gap insurance cost you $2,600??

I have been through 5 car buying procedures, gap insurance costed 400-600$ each time. It cost 400$ on my SI.

Oh and btw you have to keep calling them and go there in person. They aren't going to go out of their way to give you money back. Thats typical dealership bull---- for ya.

He didnt haggle, lol... At first they quoted me 1,200 and I gave them a look like "expletive off" and he dropped it down to 600... I told him 500 and its a done deal and the deal was done...
