Default O2 sensor substitute?

Alright, so I have a 94 accord lx. I put a header on and had to extend the oxygen sensor so it could reach the new bung right before the catalytic converter. I double checked all my solder joints, routed the wires so that they are right next to the main loom and won't come in contact with anything that would damage them. But my CEL is still on for code 41, bad O2 sensor. What I'm guessing is that the extra wire I added provided enough resistance that the low voltage the O2 sensor is supposed to make is being resisted?

I saw a post a while back about a device that you can use to take the place of the O2 sensor so the CEL will go off, but cannot find the page again (searched too) If anyone could provide that, or any other ideas on how I can alleviate this, your help is appreciated.
