if they are tuned expect 5 whp tops, if they are untuned you would be lucky to get 2whp

I would at least go with a gsr exhaust cam. You can't force alot of air in and not be able to exit it very well. You won't get good results.

Sounds like a good deal but you can get a brand new type r intake for 250.00. That b16 exhaust cam is worth about 10.00 and it won't help you very much going to bigger intake cam.

Just my 0.02.

Also you should be able to get both Type R intake and exhaust cams for around 300.00 to 350.00 I would hold out on spending 250.00 for just the intake cam unless its new.

i didn't know that..

where can i get a brand new CTR or ITR cams for 300-350shipped?? someone told me to get CTR cams which will be best for my setup..i just want CTR cams with reg. bolts on and a good tune..maybe a b16 tranny swap in the future..but for now..just cams and bolt on..

can you point be in the right place to get CTR/ITR cams for 300??

Brand new ctr cams are gonna be like 500.00

Used ITR/CTR cams can be had for around 300.00 I just sold my 01 ITR cams for 325.00 shipped and they were mint.

Look in the marketplace. You just have to be careful due to all the scammers.

GSR cams can be had for around 80.00 - 110.00 shipped

Just have to search around and look for them. They are around.
Hell you could get skunk2 stage 2 cams for around 350.00-400.00 used or 600.00 or less new.

Good luck.

I bought my CTR intake cam for 170shipeed. All you need is the intake cam from either a CTR or from an 00-01 ITR because they are nearly the same thing.

Also you can gain anywhere from 7-11whp with the CTR cams after tune. Just search around, there are alot of threads.

Here is one thread I made last month, https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1956316
