Clicking noise when starting?
I may have asked this question a while back. I searched for it also, but came up with nothing.
Anyways, I have a 95 Accord and when I go to start it it just clicks instead of starting. I usually have to turn the key 5+ times to get it started if it doesn't start the first time. Sometimes I end up flooding the enfine and have to wait a while before I can go back and try again. I just recently changed all 4 spark plugs, but did not get new spark plug wires. I think it could either be the spark plug wires, alternator, or starter. Has anyone else experienced this or have any advice of what it could be? I want to start with the cheaper things first because if it's just the wires, I'd rather spend $45-65 on wires where as spen $200 on a starter.
Thanks in advance!

I just got a new battery. It's not a crank either, it's one click when i turn the key if it doesnt start up right away.

Why spend $200 for a starter when it's only the $20 contacts that are bad?
You pull the starter off and then the end cap, 2 nuts on either side and replace the contacts.
Most auto elec. shops will have contacts in stock for ND starters.
