The Koni/GC package seems to have a great following. The T1R coils are also really nice for the money.

It really depends on what you feel is just right or too stiff.

How are the roads where you are?
How much actual tracking will you do?
What level driver are you?
What suspension do you have currently?
Do you have adjustable camber or do you plan to install? If you haven't thought of this you really should.
You will also need to corner weight it after the install.
You will also need to get a good alignment after install.
What is your level of mechanical ability and fabrication?

I just installed Koni/Eibach GC setup on my car last week. 750F (13,4K) 650R (11,6K) which is kinda mild for a serious track car but a good starting point when mated to the Koni spss shocks I went with.I had it corner weighted last week and just did the alignment this morning and just 20 minutes of driving on twisty backroads home convinced me of my move.

I know nothing of the Form,Function stuff you mentioned, all I've heard of recently is the buzz over PIC but they weren't what I wanted.

What kind of driving do you do? I've heard great things personally from ITR owners with PIC selects, and you can't go wrong with the proven KONI/GC setup either.

The Koni parts for the ITR are 8041-1152 Sport front and 8041-1164 Sport rear. If the car is a dedicated racecar, the short body, race valved shocks are 8041-1152 RACe and 8041-1164 RACE. Good luck!

You can choose your own spring rates with both setups and they are both a little over a grand each.
