Default Lighten flywheel on Stock EF?????

Im planning to buy an XTD clutch that weighs about 8lbs i dont know if its worth buying if my car is stock. i want it to last long and not mess up my car. Is a lighten flywheel going to be ok in my stock car or should i just go and buy a regular flywheel at Autozone??

I had an Intake and catback with 8.8lb fly on an std at one point, way better mod then the other mods in term of smile factor.

Light flys are great and 8lb is about as light as i'd like on a street car.

It'll be ok as long as you don't abuse it
