A/M parts work, just don't fit as well as OEM...just be patient during the alignment process.

In my exp the aftermarket stuff only doesn't line up on higher end cars such as VW's BMW's, and Benzs, they seem to work just peachy with honda/acura as it's less "exact."

I'd go to a junkyard.

Then paint it myself and put it on myself.

Body work it pretty easy unless you're pulling out funky dents.

Go OEM. Its worth the money, have it painted or paint it yourself. http://www.hondapartsdeals.com is where i got mine.

Salvage yards are a great place to find body parts, sometimes you can get one in real nice shape and all it needs is some new paint. And sometimes you get parts that need a bit of reconditioning, but nothing too difficult to repair.

Yep. I got a replacement bumper in the same color of my car. All it needed was some TLC and it looked like it was original.
