when reving my car it will bounce off the rev limiter no problem (7200rpm) when driving in first gear it hits no prob.....2nd gear (race gear) it only makes it to like 6000rpm and starves for fuel.....wht could b the issue???

 

what transmission are you running?

 

dx or cx......but in 1st it will hit the 7200 mark im assuming fuel problem but just wanted other opinions as well

Well, if it's stuttering then it's be a fuel problem. Do you get any CELs?

 

by CEL's do u mean codes on the computer???....if that is it....NO no codes....im stumped im thinkin change the throttle body but i unno if that will help

 

Why would you change the TB?

clean the injectors and if it is a fuel problem then u may consider changing fuel pumps not the tb thats not an issue

 

ya ill change the injectors i have changed the filter as well.......i just thought it was weird in neautal and 1st it hits rev limiter no prob just not the gear i need it to thats all ill change those friday morning when i get up.....and then we will find out on saturday....any other ideas woudl help too guys thanks for the input so far
