oil pickup replacement

how easy is it to replace a oil pickup in a d16z6? I Searched for a write-up but came across nothing.

drop the oil pan and remove it 4 bolts i think then reinstall it and pan ver simple

theres two bolts by the screen part of it.. and two bolts on the flange where the pipe goes to the oil pump...
