Default HELMENT FITMENT

Iv been lookin at a icon helmet for a while now Im gettin ready to buy it i was just wondering how the fitment is compared to the hjc i have now. Do they run small? or about the same thanks guy

i wouldn't buy any helmet without having put it on my head. UNLESS you have bought that brand before and have an idea how they fit... even then, risky unless it's the exact same model.

Ya I feel the same way I just havnt had time to go up to the dealer an try them on an the best prices always seem to online

i would def. make time to shoot up to the local dealership and try a few helmets on.

Didn't you buy a Suomy without trying it on?

I'd amend Mike's statement to say I wouldn't buy a helmet, without a proper return policy, without trying it on first.

I have nothing to offer with respect to Icon fitment.

Yeah... hence my amendment.

Although I didn't realize that NewEnough had a restocking fee on helmets when I ordered and it cost me an extra $20.

$20 is not so bad. My local shop charges 20%...on an Arai helmet, that's $140!

HJC makes the helmets for icon, so i'd imagine they'd fit the same.

nah, he's saying he has no idea how icons fit.

it's not 100% but the icons are gonna feel like HJCs, since icon just buys the lids from hjc and add graphics and other superficial things to make it their own. there's no easy answer to your question, except try one on and see.
