Anyone know if this type r intake manifold is worth it? Or does anyone know much power its supposed to add?

your better off with an rbc manifold

 

too expensive. hmotorsonline sells them for 225 picked up

go with an RBC manifold it flows better.

i have a friend that sells them cut and modified to fit cars for our 300 bucks never used from the honda dealer
