Default NHRA Spring Nationals ... Etown, NJ ... Andres-EH2 Edition!

Overall good event, nice turnout and great weather. Got a chance to say wattup to a couple of people and snap my pictures as usual. When walking back to the parking lot i felt bad for a dude yelling at security because they stole his whip from the lot! useless security!!! On to the goodies.

It took a while to come down the list of photo's but I see you finally got a couple of shot's of our one cam.

Thanks.

I even see you have a picture of the "elder's" in rota92's area in the background of one of RPracing's photo's. Thanks, Francisco. Yea I read the forums to you young'N.

It was great fun the pit next to you.

rota's Dad. (Byron) The other elder is our ski buddy Frank.

Here is what the NHRA site said.

The fans let Miller know they weren't too happy he continued downtrack after blowing up the engine and leaving oil all over the lane... Reyes will race Van Natten in the semi final round. 2:47 p.m.

The bottom radiator hose came off. On saturday we found a slight tear in the hose and changed it. I dont know what happened to it but i got on the return road and saw the temp creeping so i checked under the hood and i saw the hose off clear as day. Brought the car back to the pit put the hose on it and a new clamp and she is all fine. I dont know what happened or why it happened all i do know is it happened.

As far as the NHRA comments and people's comments in the pits after that i didnt pull over. Well i didnt know anything was wrong, the car made a hard turn to the center line on the 1/2 shift and then i got off of it and then back on it and the car went back towards the center line so i just thought it was something in the suspension, all the vitals were ok and the car ran fine. I never would have thought the radiator hose came off.

i figured so, because if you had oil coming out like that you really would have had a problem good that it was just minor.

Still have some more minor bugs to work out before i turn the boost up. Should be soon though.
