i got a thick core radiator, and now my itr header heatshield wont fit. What can i use to cut it a bit?

And does anyone know what size bolts i need for the itr heatshields?

 

Take it off and use a cutting wheel. I've used tin snips on manifold heat shields at work before. Take a drive by almost any kind of auto/industrial shop and pay someone to do it for like 5 bucks.

 

we usally pull them, but if the customer really wants it then we take tin snipd and sand it down or grind it down to were it will work

just a guess but either 12 or 14mm

Put a socket or wrench on it and see what size they are. You're going to be taking them out i assume, so If you're asking cause you need new ones take the old ones to a hardware store and buy some that match.
