I just got a turbo cam for my D16Y8 and i was wanderin if I could put it in without having a turbo? Like will it slow my car down any?

 

You can install it whenever you want, but it is optimized to be used in conjuntion with a turbo. Depending on the specs of your cam, and if you're upgrading from stock, there may be a slight affect on performance.
