91 CRX hf the carbs are not getting fuel sometimes. he will try and start it and nothing... if we pour gas in the carb it will run a little then die out, which tells me lack of fuel delivery. it only happens occasionally and there are no engine codes. any ideas?

 

91HF has MPFI, is it swapped or what?

Main relay possibly?
(Not turning on the fuel pump)

When it dosent work try and listen to see if the fuel pump isn't priming when you turn the key.

 

cant hear the pump when it wont start, oh and its a 90, dont know the model and its got the dual point crap.

 

So it has a dx dpfi engine it it. Check the main relay, That is probably your problem.
