i have an black 2007 si sedan. wanna lower it soon. anyone have opinions on brands, adjustable coilover or lower springs.

But you could check out the HFP kit, or the usual slew of aftermarket parts that have been posted here a million times.

the HFP suspension is out for the Si sedan. i have that on my car and very pleased. plus it is an oem honda part. it lowers it about an inch and really improves on the handling. it also, isn't too stiff as a daily driver.

 

Not sure if it'll fit the 07 SI's, but I would look into Eibach or H&R. Or you can just get the HFP suspension kit, which is a little bit more expensive, but probably worth the extra couple dollars.

 

h&r springs ride real nice.. feel like stock with added performance =]
