Default itr springs on an si, worth it>?

did a search, couldnt find anything specific besides price and drop, was wondering if it is worth it to drop my 99si 1/2 inch for a 100 or save up for a whole suspension setup. not looking to autox right away, but would still like a stiffer car with less of a wheel gap. is there a large difference between itr and si springs? will they settle more than the 1/2 at all? any input welcome.

seems like a waste of money to me. I would just get some stiff lowering springs, if you want less wheel gap.

ITR springs are very nice springs.
They're better than your SI stock springs.
and yes they will lower your si 1/2 inch.

I don't know about 100 dollars though.

You can get coil-overs on ebay for like 40 bucks. so its your call.

go with the itr's i'm running them on my 99 hatch and i like them alot. they ride real nice and lower the car a lil bit. i have between 2-3 fingers of gap between my tires and wheel well and i'm running 195-50-15's.

They are pretty goog springs, but you should put that hundred dollars towards a coil over kit so you can raise and lower as you please

If you are going to autox I would suggest you get Ground Controls with custom rates and koni shocks. Yes, it is an investment but do it right the first time.
