Default Clutch and flywheel torque measurements for a 98 GSR

I have a 98 Integra GSR and I need the to torque measurements for the flywheel and the clutch. I can't remember but I think the clutch is only 16lb but not sure about it and the flywheel I think it is around 76lb but again not sure about either.

those numbers didnt seem right to me so i double checked the helms manual...

Flywheel was correct at 76ft-lbs but the pressure plate is actually only 19ft-lbs.
Remmember to tighten it the way you would tighten the rim of a car. diagonal to diagonal... also use thread locker...
