The Skunk coilovers are decent for the price, but have a very high spring rate at 500lb/in per corner. I have Koni adjustables, which are not valved to handle a load over 350 (maybe 400) lb/in rates. If you want a spring rate that high, you'll need to get a set of shocks and have them custom valved. Might I suggest this thread for a little info on Koni revalving... The Question of Koni Yellows and Spring Rates Put to Rest?

I have same setup and it's pretty bouncy. I think it's because I've had my springs for over 3 yrs now, they've lost their effectivness. I'd go with Ground control, I know alot of people that are happy with them. GC are easier to adjust too. I f you can afford it just get some TEIN supspension.

Yeah, I've had my Skunkworks for 3 years as well... and the Konis are feeling kinda sloppy. Unfortunately the turn around time for Truechoice on custom valving is currently 3 weeks...
