Spare Key

Since the honda dealer wants $80 bucks for a key and i have a 02 honda civic dx i dont think i have a microchip in my key. I can buy a blank for 20 bucks and i have a key cutter that i can access.

our keys are flashed, you have to pay the $80. A blank key will NOT work.

a hardware store key will open everything, and do everything BUT turn the car on... I got on for $70 from the dealer...

what?? i have a 02 civic lx and i got mine at the dealer for $35 damn what kind of key do you guys have.
