My e-brake is really loose, like I can raise it about 2 or 3 inches before it engages. This is probably due to sliding around corners every once in a while. I was wondering if someone here knows how to tighten it up? Thanks.

 

on the adjuster on each drum brake. click it 4 or 5 times towards u.

 

i think its easier to do it from the ebrake handle itself, remove the center console, there's a 10mm bolt that you tighten so that it cuts down the "throw" of the ebrake.

There was one with pictures on civic seven, but it's not there anymore. I did this when I got my car..

 

Or you can go in reverse and yank up on the e-brake.
