Diff between GSR&LS IACV?

Diff between GSR&LS IACV?
I just dropped from supercharged to N/A and the IACV off of my S/C looks like it doesnt quite fit right on my GSR intake manifold. The holes line up and everything, but it just looks like it was for a different IM by the fitment. The car was originally LS-vtec so its possible that it is a LS IACV. Is there a difference?
