Is anyone running this header on there 99-00 Si (SiR) coupe? After installing it, I am getting a slow O2 response, I put a new O2 thinking that the old one is dead, but still I am getting the code (slow O2 response bank 1 sensor 1). I am thinking maybe I have to move the O2 closer to the engine?
Anyone else run into this problem before?
Everything else is stock on this car except the header and exhuast.

It isn't the header that is causing the issue. Did you replace the sensor with a factory one?

 

yup, its a stock honda O2
the header does have a bigger collector, 2.5" rather then the smaller stock collerctor so i think there isn't enough flow at low rpms so it throws a code.

 

you sure it is screwed in thigh enough? I was throwing a code also but I just tighened it some more and it worked fine ever since.
