Default is my b16 done ?

k. heres a little story for some backround info.
bought the car about 8 months ago was told by previos owner that it had a CEL bc of a bad secondary O2 sensor. no biggie i figured. checked the code on the car when i arrived to purchased. secondary O2. so i thought alright it prolly just does need an O2 so i picked it up.

put new O2. one day later pulled code again for it. put a new one in, killed that one in like 2 days. so i put a new cat on the car, and got another O2 ( oem honda 02 ) car was good for like a month.
then im driving on the highway home from school, and CEL just starts flashing and car is now running on 3 cylinders.
acts like it pulled the timing, timing was checked, with a timing light and was really really outta time...
immediately after I did a compression test on the car, 200 in all cylinders except #2.it has none at all.( car was/ is not knocking at all, acted like it just pulled timing out of nowhere ) car was not burning any oil irregularlly for a car that has 127k on her.im an older driver not some retard young kid. car doesnt get beat on as its my daily, and only had it out of winter storage for a little over a month

now i assume it deff needs a new set of valves, and i know i cant really get any answers for sure until the head comes off and i actually look. but what my question is, is do you think the bottom end is gonna need replaced as well ???
car was not knocking, not burning oil. just acted like it pulled timing somehow and just needed to be put back in time. ???
seems weird to me.

what do yall think ?

not sure what to tell you about compression, but maybe bad rings. since you got thse miles i'd say just rebuild it so everything is fresh.

Unless you some how put a hole in the piston I would say that the bottom should be fine. Definately do a leak down test like b16a2civic said before you take the head off.
