I was looking at buy some headers for my D15B7. I have a buddy who has some stainless steel DC Sport headers that are brand new and off of a D16Z6 witch is SOHC and VTEC. I was wondering if they would work on my D15B7 even if the bolt holes line up. Is there any differents in the width,length or inside diameter???

 

I can not say that the flanges have the exact same bolt pattern or not, but I would put money it would fit. Other than that the dimensions being larger would only be better. So yes no matter the width length or diameter it will work.
