ALL MOTOR: Leslie A or Lookofsky...They are both looking fast and AM is getting interesting this year
HOT ROD: Tran...Dialed and consistent
Modified: Scheepers or a sleeper from PR
PRO FWD: Ladwig...He's been working hard to get that car dialed for another 200 mph run
PRO RWD: Titan...but it would be nice to see Cruz be competitive and lay down a some nice 6 sec runs
SS: Loan...possible local?
Sport FWD: Its open, but I am biased toward Simpson
Sport RWD: Mazworx
Quick 16: Ballard

The excellent weather should make this a killer event.

As well, there was advertising for this event on the Z100 morning show, a big #1 rated NYC morning radio show. Hopefully, This is a sign of good things to come and that Sport Compact racing is staying alive.

Joe,
You always have a major issue before a race and then you always pull it off before a race and run better than you did last time.

I also like Brian's predictions...
ALL MOTOR: Leslie A
HOT ROD: Tran
Modified: Efantis
PRO FWD: Hunt of course
PRO RWD: Cruz
SS: Tim
Sport FWD: Andrea Koury (first sfwd win for a female!)
Sport RWD: Darin
Quick 16: I just hope to qualify

You will qualify as long as you don't have to "change your oil" again

no sympathy for any of you -- that has always been a rule in the book and everyone has the same opportunity to read the rule book and know what they need in order to be legal for an event and particular class, etc, etc -- NHRA Sport Compact just never really enforced this rule and then when they finally put their foot down regarding a rule that is written in the rule book everyone gets in an uproar...blah...horse ****...just my $.02

...i suggest everyone pick up the latest copy of the rule book and read it once...then read it a 2nd time...then put it in the bathroom so you can read it everytime you are on the *******...and then ask any questions you may have after that...and then give it a final once over and make sure your car if legal for the class that you are running in...

...for instance, i can think of one rule off the top of my head that no one really pays attention to but should...i don't know about this year because i haven't been to any events yet but i know in years past many of the SFWD cars did not run a SFI approved crank pulley based on their capable ET...another one to think about...

James almost all of those SPORT FWD cars still have the stock pulley not sfi approved. JUST FYI.

gary g. won't disappoint hometown...hunt will have a big weekend...i'd like to see lookofsky hit 9.30's...ballard in q16 (stop lying, u'll qualify), mazworx in srwd...

gonna be a good event...wish i was gonna be behind the wheel...but still under construction with the changes to the car...

my prediction is that at least 2 of the bracket cars oil down the whole track, and that about 12 axles are broken by hondas.

also forgot that 1 bracket car will end up in the sand trap.
