absolutely not. not for the engine anyway, and adding any other kind of performance part to a car still rockin an hf motor is a waste

upgrade in terms of performance, looks or what? if you want cheap power, get a d16a6. it will still pass smog and its a fun little sohc engine. and cheap

 

there is no power to be found there.

love it for its gas mileage and weight. upgrade the **** out of the suspension, im sure you wont regret it

 

I think somebody supercharged theirs IIRC the result wasen't exactly amazing lol but i think any motor swap would be a much better investment.

 

ya I have an hf and I havent changed a single thing, its been sitting for 6 months until I have everything I need and the engine and then Ill throw it all on at once. dont add anything to the hf motor its only like ~60 hp from factory and probably worn out. do a motor swap!

 

i have and hf with a gsr swap the car is a blast to drive
