tensioner going bad??

Default tensioner going bad??

hey wassup guys i just did a swap on my car with a d15b....i bought a vx belt with a si tensioner and a vx waterpump to replace the old stuff...now when i start my car i hear a like a rattling noise comming from the lower timming belt cover...it sounds like something's loose or little rocks are inside gett toss around(or it sounds like little rocks hitting the bottom of ur car when u drive)...im suspecting its my tensioner...but i dont know what's wrong wiht the tensioner.....does anybody olse has this problem with their swap???

any suggestions would be nice...thx guys

is the timing right? you might want to double check it
