Default whine at higher rpms

i get a little whine from my d15b7 at the higher rpms is this normal or not?

the motor is NA. What could happen if the timeing belt is to tight?

it could, 1. break 2. make alot of noise 3. throw your timing off, if i were you id start there

yea, u dont want it breaking or ull be rebuilding the head just loosen the tensioner a lil bit, then tighten it back up and ull be good to go!
