Auto to Manual conversion....plus engine swap
I have:
'99 Accord LX Sedan w/ automatic transmission.....everything stock
I want:
either a jdm h22a or possible a k20a(from the accord euro r)
I also want to convert to a manual transmission.....
I've found several full swaps online that would include a manual transmission and an ecu......
what other parts do i need...?....and where can i go to find an online tutorial ..?....or is there someone that could give some advice
oh yeah......and thank you jesus for vtec.....hell of an invention

k20? why for what? do u know how hard it will be to find parts?
go to your local honda dealer and buy a service manual, look at the trans section see what you need.

If you are in need of a good junkyard for tranny parts, I got all of mine from Butler Auto Parts here in NC (I forget where in NC they're located).
If you need a good shop to do it, Phantasm Motorsports in Raleigh is a great shop, although after my ordeal they are going to want you to have done all of your research to make sure that your car doesn't sit around, etc etc.
If you need any help in either department, feel free to AIM me.
And on a side note, I am surprised that loweraccord even helped you after that snobby post you made. Eric's post was a bit snobby as well, but you could have handled it differently. Don't expect people to help you around here if you just start flaming them.

Be sure to read through other help links located in the Accord FAQ and the Guide to Basic Accords. Both threads are stickied up top to make them easy to locate.
