over kill is good, especially on pump gas. i ran a built d16y8 on 22psi daily on rc750cc and hondata s300 with a plx m300 wide band

Those 450's will be fine on what he will be making. This is a D series motor with pistons and rods, not a sleeved H with a T04R. probably looking at around 300whp on a good day with the setup with no bottle and I personally made 320 without stressing a set of DSM 450's. Still at 90% DC.
Walbro 255 will be more than enough fuel pump for that setup so you will be good there. Only suggestion I could make would be ditch the block guard, it's not cheap insurance, it's not even insurance. If it's going to split a sleeve, it's just going to do it lower with a block guard than without. Still going to break.
Use the 100 bucks you would have spent on that and get an extra hour of street tuning to make sure it's going to be safe and you will be fine.

work out what size injectors you'll need yourself here: http://rceng.com/technical.htm
that's cool, but i have no idea what my horsepower will be @ so... i guess ill get 550's and dyno it, and go from there. but am i missing anything else? how much is sleeving and do i need it?
****... well i guess i don't have much of an option.... some one reccomended a ramhorn intake manifold? i'm not sure if thats right but they said its a huge benefit. then tune with Neptune...
i think they meant ramhorn turbo manifold. they look nice and pretty and typically contribute to better spool and power, but again if you're not looking for a ton of hp you can use whatever you already have.

I have repeatedly seen RC 550's (saturated) and DSM 450's (peak and hold) hit about the same whp mark at the same AFR at 90% DC. What is your overall goal for the car powerwise.
Better yet, what size turbo are you putting on? I can give you a better idea that way.

i'm not sure... i've never seen anyone build a D16Z6. so i'm not sure. it's not gutted at all, in fact i have competition subs in there... i'll just take it to the track on the weekends and cruise with it during the week. i"m looking for mid 11's to mid 12's.
90% duty cycle is dangerous. good way to flutter the pintle. Yea, go ahead, go cheap. youll be sorry. 18 psi and 75 shot of nos is too much for 450cc. even rc recommends 80% be the MAX.
according to rc technical website....450cc @ 90% Duty cycle can only handle 255 BRAKE hp @ .65 bsfc with 50 psi. thats about 11-12 psi on a z6. ( with a decent turbo) 550cc can handle closer to 300.
buy some 750s if you dont use the full capacity of the inector it can be tuned out. then if you upgrade later on you will still have some left over injector.
