white smoke???????????
well h-t i got a 92 coupe with a mini-me in it. The motor ran real nice, with no smoke or nothing. a month later or so i swapped in an aftermarket bullfrog camshaft. Ran it pretty good and everything but i seemed to get a light white smoke. i played around and set the valve lashes and everything like that but as i drove the car the smoke got worse and at an even lower rpm like 6000. i was just wondering would anyone know what else it would be. ETC headgasket, piston rings, ........
thanx much help appreciated.

when I took off my head to replace my head gasket, this is what I found

And this is what happens when you wait too long!

That was when I had my D15B7 in there.... This is what your oil will look like if you wait too long (Coolant mixed with oil -Right side)

Does this help?

Take the radiator cap off when the car is cold and start it. If the coolant is bubbling you have a headgasket leak.
Also check the overflow to see if its full of coolant.

the reason mini me and ls-vtec, b20/vtec burn oil is because it' not a honda built engine. the best solution for that is, obviuosly LS-vtec oil kit + oil catch can.
not many people use oil catch cans, but they can really help improve the oil circulation.
i'd recommend you to replace your gaskets and get a catchCAN

Good ideas here, but even perfectly normal engine will bubble through the radiator cap area until the cooling fans cycle.
Best idea is to do this, but buy a coolant funnel that screws onto the radiator and fill it 1/2 way then start the car, let the cooling fans cycle at least twice, then if bubbles still come up through the funnel congradulations! you have a blown head gasket!
...but logic tells me that burning lots of oil + smoke means time for a new engine.
Other may say "rebuild it!" but for mini-me who cares? Buy yourself a low mileage imported ZC SOHC VTEC or find a good D16Z6 with a warranty and drop it in there. Rebuilds take time and there's too many things that can get screwed such as machine work, etc.

well me and my father came to the conclusion it has to be the valve guide seals. started doing it when i swapped the camshaft and its more of a burnt oil smell and darker smoke.

You have no idea what your talking about so please dont post.
1. I have had 2 B20Vtec motors and neither or them burned oil.
2. The Vtec conversion kit has nothing to do with burning oil. If you even tried to run an LSvtec or B20vtec without a conversion kit you would just kill the head because it wouldnt get enough oil.
3. An oil catch can doesnt even help if your burning oil. All a catch can does is collect oil as crankcase pressure is being vented.
