any info???
any info???
Stage 5 Competition Clutch w/ Upgraded Pressure Plate can a lot. I have a couple friends running them in their turboed street hondas. 1 makes over 550whp the other around 500whp and he beats the ever living **** out of his EK. He even takes it to local drag events and throws slicks on w/o a problem.
everyone kept telling me that none of the single plates can't handle more than 350ftlps of TQ.
we smoked an ACT extreme pressure plate and 6 puck CC disk last year in two passes
must be the pressure plate that really failed

Can't speak much for Hondas, but we have a single disc setup from Southbend in our car. 718 wheel, 600+lb/ft of torque... works perfect.
I don't see many of you guys running thier stuff, might be worth a shot. They don't list the setup we have on thier website, but if you all them, they will make it for you. Heavy pedal, but super smooth enagement. I think it is a stage 5 feramic disc with an upgraded PP.

Comp CLutch Stage 5 upgraded pressure plate, unsrpung is actually rated for more power. That is what to get if you can't get the twin disc, check PM
i dont know about the stage 5's but my cc stage 4 6 puck can handle the power (400~) but i cannot get to disengauge at 9500rpm's. I can't afford a twin disk so oh well
