Default loud ! noise

When just driving my car normal it will make a noise like a bottle rocket is shooting off but when I apply the brakes all the way it goes away. So does it have to do with the brakes or somethin as I pick up speed

The pop or the whistle? If it's the whistle, it could be the indicator tabs on the brake pads wearing down telling you to change the pads.

Are they literally brand-new? It's common for brand-new pads to make some noise initially, until they get "broken-in" to the discs.

it could also be the rotors... if its just uneven wear on the rotors this could happen, all you have to do is go to a brake shop and have them resurface your rotors ~$20... but if your rotors are too thin they will tell you they cant do it, in that situation you need new rotors

hope that helps
