Default Clunking help please

What's going on guys, I just did an ls swap into my ek, about a week later i began to hear a clunking sound coming from under the car. I'm guessing it's my wheel bearing. When i turn left the clunking slightly goes away. To add to my frusterations, when i shift gears there is a HUGE clunking coming from under my car. I feel my shift linkage move when i shift gears, it feels like the tire is either coming off the floor or the motor is completely shifting under my hood. I've checked the mounts and they are on securely. If anyone could help out with suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You've checked the mounts are on securely, but did you look closely and make sure the rubber isn't busted? This sounds JUST like broken mounts.

When i get off of work, I'll pop my hood and rev my motor to see if i see any movement. Could a bad wheel bearing make the tire come off the ground when i shift gears? Also if the shift linkage wasn't on securely could the gear shift clunking be coming from the linkage?

Any of those scenarios are possible. A bad wheel bearing typically sounds like REALLY bad dragging brakes though.

so if i make a left and the clunking stops, would that mean the driver side bearing is bad or passenger?
