Default b16 type r internals

I'm planning on interchanging my B16 with Type R internals. I was thinking of CivicR 12:1 pistons and intake cams. B18c5 exhaust cams, valves/springs. Si crank/rods. Any other ideas of what to install?

Type-r Shmype-R

Save your money and get an aftermarket build.

Sounds like you want to go N/a with a b16 right?

GL with that.

if your going n/a at east swap block with a b18 or something. at least you will have extra displacement and a little more torque.

totally agree if you're going to go all motor, you're just going to spend a whole lot of money and not go too fast, and if you plan on turbo then i wouldnt put those pistons in (i have ITR pistons in my ls/v and now i have to drop the compression before i turbo....cause i once wanted to build an all motor car....).

not a big fan on the H series myself...but it would be better than a b16 block...and they have all those b to h (or h to b) tranny plates now. pretty cool actually.

if you're dead set on building your b16 as far as head work i would go more for the aftermarket kind of stuff, i feel that you get a little more hp out of that kind of stuff. gl though!!!
