Set motor to TDC. Remove or loosen timing belt. Remove upper timing cover. Remove bolt holding cam gear to cam (12mm I think).

Install new cam gear. Reinstall everything. Make sure motor is at TDC. Enjoy.

Get a manual before you start this in case you get stuck. Facing your engine from the front, on the right side of the valve cover will be the timing belt cover. You need to take this off to access your cam gear. Buy a manual and read up on changing the timing belt, it should be in the same section.

as seeing you have no idea what your doing i would either 1. have someone help you that knows how to do this or 2. pay someone to do it. if your one tooth off your car is going to sound like **** and its gonna run like ****. if your off more than that you have a good chance of ****** up some valves. oh also i made the mistake of not tightening the allen bolts on the gear before i installed it so when i drove it it went like 10 degrees retard so make sure those bitches are tight. but good luck
