Got the car working (auto to manual swap) - weird problems though!
Alright, so if anyone has read some of my other posts, I've gotten an auto to manual swap. I've been having problems and my techs wired it up with my auto ECU. The speed sensor isn't connected and the odometer doesn't work....obviously because the speed sensor doesn't. Also, my temp gauge doesn't work. I believe they changed the wiring to where the harness is exactly like the manual harness and they just plugged it up to the auto ECU.
I'm getting the manual ECU reprogrammed on Saturday. I'm going to hook the wiring up to the manual and do it that way. Hopefully it works.
A few other weird problems though....my car will not let me go past 5K RPM's when I'm driving. It bounces off the "rev limiter"...I believe it does this because it is thinking it's the automatic and it's in neutral or something. Also the car will continue revving up just a bit when I push the clutch in - as if it wants to keep going even though my foot is off of the gas. Maybe it's trying to make the "auto tranny" shift? Afterall, it is hooked up to the auto ECU.
Another thing is that when I put the clutch in, it will idle weird. It will go vary about 250rpm until I start to drive. Probably another auto ECU thing. I'm thinking when I get the manual one in, then the problems will go away.
Anyone have any input?

What year is your car? I have an odb1 ecu id sell you if its odb1. Just get a manual ecu, there cheap on ebay. I got a pt3 for 7 buck plus shipping.

It's a 98 EX....OBD2. I already have the manual ECU. I was just wondering if those problems could have been caused because it is an auto ECU in there. Which I'm sure that is the problem....?
im glad to see your problems finally starting to go away...and im definently thinking all of those problems lead to the fact that your running the auto ecu right now...auto ecu in a 5 speed car just wont work right..everything in the ecu is setup for the auto tranny so im almost 100% sure thats where are your problems are coming from
