Default Please help tire size for 420whp

Hey guys well i went to the track today after getting my new set up tuned and wasnt to happy with the way things went. I made 417whp and was tryin to use my 225/50/15 drag radials and they wouldnt hook for any thing. i spun 1st-3rd and then topped out 4th at 126.

So i would like to run 25inch slicks i did one of those tire size charts and it said they would take me to 131. Im 99% sure i have enough power for them but i just wanted to double check first.

And guys making 420wheel what kind of traps are you getting i thinkin i may need to regear my tranny so im not bouncing rev limiter going past the traps on the back end.

thanks in advance guys

I'm not really sure on the weight of the car around 2200 with me in it id say. and right now I'm running a gsr lsd tranny I'm spinnig to motor to about 8600 it stock head so I'm some what worried about spinning it that high to start with.

bump also im more confused then ever. my car is a gsr with a lsd gsr tranny. but when i look at the gear charts like fatboys it seems like i have a itr tranny dew to the fact that im topping out 4th at 126 at 8600 rpms instead of like 134. so that just threw another wrench in the works for me
