Default NEED INFO ON DOHC ZC TRANNY?

I can't find anything about the ZC tranny on a D16Z6. What I need to know is what axles can I use. I swapped a D16Z6 into my 91 CRX SI and I don't know if I can put the z6 axles into the ZC tranny. If someone could hook me up with a link or info that would be appreciated. Thanks

Swap the Si final drive in your transmission and use the stock axles

3.88->4.25

Right, the differential does

You will need a ZC intermediate shaft and 90-93 Integra non-ABS axles.

Think again; when you swap the Si final drive; you're swapping the differential too(unless you like to do everything the hard way). The differential has the hubs for the axles.

You're making it harder if you swap the diff over. Unless you're just lazy and don't care to reshim it.

Just a tip for anyone that finds this when searching like I just did.

Maybe. You need to check the clearance ANYTIME you put in a diff other than the one that came in the trans. Even if it is out of the same trans (ex. 93 EX diff into a 93 EX trans). Might not need to reshim, then again you might. This is standard maintenance though when rebuilding a trans.
